It is becoming more popular to get married outside the summer season.  I personally really like winter food as it is nourishing & warming.  I’ve enjoyed putting this menu together and look forward to hearing about your own homely favourites.

Cumberland sausage on Dauphinoise potato, aromatic apricot chutney & onion gravy

Slow braised Welsh beef and ale, Caerphilly lattice & creamy smash

V- Portabello, leek & walnut crumble

V- Butternut & butterbean strudel in parsley sauce
