It is becoming more popular to get married outside the summer season.

I personally really like winterfood as it’s nourishing & warming. I’ve enjoyed putting this menu together and look forward to hearing about your own homely favourites. “Eat with the Season”

Leek & potato soup with horadish rosti
Tea cup of Welsh cawl with fresh herb dampers
Black pudding hens scotch egg, date puree
Field mushroom on brioche toast, red compote
Welsh rare bit, toasted pumpkin seed, raisin chutney
Thai fish cake, sweet chill noodle & sesame seed twist


Roasted rump of lamb with risotto verde
Cumberland sausage on Dauphinoise potato with aromatic apricot chutney and onion gravy
Free range chicken, chorizo and white bean
Cassoulet with hasslebacks & French beans
Shepherd’s pie with extra gravy & winter greens
Roasted monk fish wrapped in Trealy Farm air dried ham with saffron mash
Red mullet with capers, olive and pine nut crumble
Lamb shank goulash with fresh yoghurt and basmati rice
Slow braised Welsh beef and ale with Caerphilly lattice, smashed potatoes

V – Butternut & butterbean strudel in parsley sauce


Chewy chocolate ripped meringues with poached pears, vanilla cream and hot chocolate sauce

Prices can vary dependent on location & venue. Please get in touch to provide us with your vision for your special day and we will get back to you with your bespoke quotation. 

The menus also include full cutlery, crockery, white linen tablecloths and napkins. A team of 2 chefs, a Front of house supervisor and a full waiting team.

Kitchen equipment for marquee weddings is hired in and costs £420.- one set up.  Please ask the marquee company to supply 10 trestle tables within the catering tent.  An Ideal catering tent is 6×6 meters, with a wooden floor, has good access for the van and has some access to running water. This can all be discussed at our initial meeting.

We cook EVERYTHING therefore it’s very easy for me to tailor & tweak any menu item. Feel free to mix and match, bring me your own family recipes, allow yourself to get carried away. In fact, please do.  Keep me on my toes, inventing new recipes and styles for you is what makes my job interesting!

Tasting menus are charged at £60 or couple, or £30 a person, feel free to bring along your parents or best women
