Here’s what’s simmering away in the kitchen right now. Come and collect some supper for tonight or fill your freezer ready for those hectic days. They are an ideal back-up for entertaining last minute guests.

May I remind you we make everything from scratch here at our kitchens. We stuff and roll our own vine leaves, roast and squash aubergine for baba ghannouj, toast cumin and cinnamon – grinding them in a pestle and mortar and massage lamb legs for 3 days before slowly roasting them for a whole day. Bread, truffles, baklava, and cheesecakes – we make the lot. We can boast quality and freshness using the finest ingredients and local suppliers.
