2 mushroom per serving
- Season with salt and pepper, grated garlic, a knob of butter, baked in the oven at 160 for 25 mins.
- Quickly Sauté 4 spring onion, 1 sliced red pepper, crumble in ½ a block of feta, splash of cream, allow to cook for a couple of mins on a low heat. Add chopped basil.
- Season to taste
- Spoon onto the mushroom
- Suitable to Cling & Fridge for later or stack and put back in the oven for a further 10 mins.
- Serve topped with fresh watercress
