For those of you with a savoury tooth, why not consider an alternative wedding cake made entirely of cheese.
Your wedding cake will be garnished appropriately to suit your theme and for cutting the cake photographs. It will then be taken away and prepared by chef for serving instead of wedding cake. It will also break down into a an evening buffet.

The cheese cakes are served on a silver cake stand or a wooden choppers block. We garnish with figs, seasonal fruit plums and green gages, celery leaf, pillared apples, ribbons. It is also nice if the florist can supply a few flowers to bring the cake into the theme and design of the day. The cheese cakes break down into evening buffets, plates, staff, breads, biscuits & chutney’s are charged additionally. More tiers also available on request.

The menus also include full cutlery, crockery, white linen tablecloths and napkins. A team of 2 chefs, a Front of house supervisor and a full waiting team.
Kitchen equipment for marquee weddings is hired in and costs £420.- one set up. Please ask the marquee company to supply 10 trestle tables within the catering tent. An Ideal catering tent is 6×6 meters, with a wooden floor, has good access for the van and has some access to running water. This can all be discussed at our initial meeting.
We cook EVERYTHING therefore it’s very easy for me to tailor & tweak any menu item. Feel free to mix and match, bring me your own family recipes, allow yourself to get carried away. In fact, please do. Keep me on my toes, inventing new recipes and styles for you is what makes my job interesting!
Tasting menus are charged at £60 or couple, or £30 a person, feel free to bring along your parents or best women
