Paella Menu

Currently Ej’s personal favourite menu!  This Paella is perfect for a party of 35-40 guests.  The canapés are served to your guests whilst the chef cooks the Paella on site in front of you.  Starting with the onions, garlic, chorizo and smoked paprika your garden soon begins to smell so wonderful your neighbours are peering over the hedge.

Tartare of scallops and smoked salmon with lemon grass crème fraîche
Bloody Mary cherry tomatoes
Calamari with sesame seed and sweet soy
Polenta chips with parmesan and sage

Paella
cooked to order with saffron rice, pancetta, free range chicken, local rabbit, and coastal king prawns, Pembroke mussels, baby squids, fine beans and fresh herbs

Served with
Sliced beef tomato salad with roasted spring onions vintage balsamic and cold pressed olive oil
Crispy green salad with marinated olives and capers and a fresh pesto dressing
Grilled radicchio and endive with a sweet honey dressing
A selection of homemade rustic breads
