They are bespoke menus that have been designed for clients and over the years we have refined them to bring you the best balance of dishes and delights. It is worth mentioning (or in fact really shouting from the roof tops) that we make everything from scratch here at our kitchens. We stuff and roll our own vine leaves, we roast and squash the aubergines for baba ghannouj, we toast cumin and cinnamon – grinding them in a pestle and mortar and massage the lamb legs for 3 days before slowly roasting them for a whole day. Bread, truffles, baklava, and cheesecakes – we make the lot. We can boast quality and freshness using the finest ingredients.
