Themed Menus

This section of menus is full of creative flavours, pungent marinades, fresh herbs and roasted spices.  They are bespoke menus that have been designed for clients and over the years we have refined them to bring you the best balance of dishes and delights.  It is worth mentioning (or in fact really shouting from the roof tops) that we make everything from scratch here at our kitchens.  We stuff and roll our own vine leaves, we roast and squash the aubergines for baba ghannouj, we toast cumin and cinnamon – grinding them in a pestle and mortar and massage the lamb legs for 3 days before slowly roasting them for a whole day.  Bread, truffles, baklava, and cheesecakes – we make the lot.  We can boast quality and freshness using the finest ingredients.  Our chefs love this section of the website the most, it allows them to use their skills flamboyantly and whip up wonderful tastes for you.

Paella Menu

Currently Ej’s personal favourite menu!  This Paella is perfect for a party of 35-40 guests.  The canapés are served to your guests whilst the chef cooks the Paella on site in front of you.  Starting with the onions, garlic, chorizo and smoked paprika your garden soon begins to smell so wonderful your neighbours are peering over the hedge.

This is the perfect “something a little bit different” dinner party.   Relax in your own home, bring your own wines and cancel the baby sitter.  We are coming in, taking over the kitchen and bringing going out back in!
