Menu of the Week & What’s Cooking


We are very proud and excited to be catering for the True Taste Awards 2010 on Thursday evening at Brithdir Hall near Haverdford West.  We shall be feeding over 500 of the nation’s best food suppliers!  This week’s menu has been based on using ingredients from some of those award winning Welsh suppliers.  Enjoy!

 
Friday 12th November 2010

Smoked haddock chowder with flakes of Pembrokeshire crab

21 day matured Pembrokeshire braised Welsh beef, served with roasted and crushed French new potatoes and glazed carrots

(V) Caramelised onion, cherry tomato and ‘Kid me Not’ goat’s cheese pithivier

Sticky toffee pudding

 2 course – Meal for 1 @ £10.50 or Meal for 2 @ £20.00

3 course – Meal for 1 @ £13.00 or Meal for 2 @ £25.00
