MENU OF THE MONTH – JAMAICAN BBQ

Enjoy our July menu of the month with a delicious Jamaican BBQ, salad bar, dessert and rum punch selection! The perfect way to get your friends and family together for a fun summer party…

Jamaican BBQ 

  • Jerk chicken thighs with sticky honey, rum and lime
  • Swordfish & king prawn skewers with rock melon & ginger salsa
  • Chunky marinated aubergines with spiced beetroot hummus
  • Spiced sweet potato wedges
  • Bags of homemade plantain chips
  • Chard corn cobs with aromatic chilli salt
  • Free range chicken, fresh coconut & pineapple curry
  • Served on rice and peas in bamboo boats

Salad Bar

  • Coconut & papaya salad with a sweet chilli scallion marinade
  • White bean & rocket with peanut dressing
  • Chilled rock salt tomatoes with coriander

Dessert

  • Pineapple bamboo cups with Tequila & lime
  • Sliced watermelon on fresh mint crushed ice
  • White rum banana & chocolate cake with a dark rum chocolate fondue sauce

Rum Punch – served all night (or until you drink the bowl dry!)

  • Dark rum smashed together with lime, palm sugar, mint & coke
  • Fruit Rum punch with coconut rum, pineapple and orange juice
  • Pineapple and mint punch on crushed ice
