What does your job title actually mean?
To ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy and organised for events, and manage staff when Beth is not here. I’m bang in the middle of the Team!
What has been your path into this industry?
I went to school in Llanishen, then worked in Woods and the Grape and Olive.
What is your Favourite Meal?
Rib eye steak, béarnaise sauce, and thick cut chips
What is your Favourite Drink?
Dark and stormy.
What do you like best about your job?
The variety of venues & menus.

Most memorable event you have worked on at EJ Catering?
Iron man – pasta for 1200. It was mammoth!

I’m the kitchen handy man.

Gordon Ramsay, hoping to meet him at the next Iron man.
