With three years of working with EJ under her belt, Kathryn’s also a football coach and has also worked in call centres.
What does your job title actually mean?
I assist the chef, and do loads of cleaning, I particularly enjoy the cleaning the ovens! I organise the store rooms, I work events front and back of house and take the phones when the others are away.

Meeting lots of new people & learning how to cook. I now do a lot more cooking at home.

A dirty kitchen.

Good kitchen banter, working in an happy environment, and producing good quality food.
Most memorable event you have worked on at EJ Catering?
The summers – the back to back beautiful weddings, I always get a buzz.
