What does your job title actually mean?
I’m the chefs hand and help out with what’s needed.
What has been your path into this industry?
I learnt on the job. I’m a busy Mum but really enjoy what I do.

Learning. I’m a better cook at home now.
What is your kitchen nightmare?
Pastry, leave that to the real chefs!
What is your kitchen heaven?
Making light scones, jamming them and eating one (cook’s tips, Emma calls it).
Most memorable event you have worked on at EJ Catering?
My day to day is fun and the events always blow me away- it’s hard to pick one.
What is your hidden talent?
I can dance!
