So, tell us a little bit about your career so far and what the job title actually means
I started washing dishes in the local pub and was inspired by the smells within the environment. I enjoyed the hard work element and was hooked.
My job as second chef is to cook and cook lots. I do preparations in the unit and cook at venues and at peoples homes. The verity is great
