Carving Joints

Carve your own at the table, its just like Sunday lunch! One pre-nominated guest per table. The head chef will provide a master carving class before the meal, and the bride and groom provide them with an apron, ( also making a perfect gift in thanks) The bowled vegetables are added to the table and the meal is fun, informal and very interactive.  The top table is usually carved for by the Head Chef, who then checks the room to see if anyone needs help.

Add a choice of 5 canapés for £6.00 based on 6 per guests. We always prepare a plate of canapés for the bride and groom as photo’s can be a busy time and we definitely don’t want YOU to miss out!

If you prefer a single plated starter please mix and match from the Wedding Breakfast menu, or have canapés instead of starter with no additional cost

Fillet of Welsh black beef with roasted beet’s, horseradish and chive cream  (£2.50. supplement)
Ballotine of free range chicken with wild mushroom stuffing, wrapped in Carmarthenshire ham
Local woodland pork shoulder with cracker ling and apple sauce
Sirloin of Welsh beef with Yorkshire puddings (£1. supplement)

Some venues supply the drinks and glasses.  If you require glasses we supply crystal glasses.

Some venues and marquees require us to supply Lpg ovens, hot cupboards, tea urns, fridge.  The basic package required to serve your meal is £350.
