Welsh beef brisket braised in Bourguignon sauce , on Fondant potato with fine French green beans
Slow roasted ham & green herb sauce, on creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed Negro cabbage
Pan fried sea bass on a curried chickpea fricassee with spiced roasted cauliflower
Welsh lamb shank, red wine & pomegranate molasses, jewelled harissa yoghurt & smashed spuds
Roasted pork belly with colcannon, roasted plum and ginger compote
Pan-fried free range chicken with puy lentil, sour cherry and crispy bacon
Oven baked hake on roasted butternut with wilting spinach and a muscle broth
Roasted baby aubergine, shallot and butter bean ragu in a homemade tomato sauce
