Hog Roast or BBQ

A Hog or BBQ can give your day an informal feel with a hearty feast at the center of it. Perfect for summer weddings where you really want to use beautiful gardens or surroundings to their best advantages. One hog will feed 120 guests or a BBQ can be tailored to any size. The main course is served as a buffet and eaten at classically linen laid tables. You are welcome to mix and match the canapés, starter and desserts from the other menus.

Hearty Canapés
Add a choice of 5 canapés for £6.00 based on 6 per guests. We always prepare a plate of canapés for the bride and groom as photo’s can be a busy time and we definitely don’t want YOU to miss out!

Wee honeyed sausages with a very creamy sweet potato mash
Mouthful fish pies with smoked haddock hard-boiled egg and a potato crown
East West Yorkshire puddings with stir-fry spicy beef
Long smoked salmon skewers with a dill and mustard drizzle
Tempura ginger and sesame seed chicken with a sweet soy dipping sauce

Some venues supply the drinks and glasses.  If you require glasses we supply crystal glasses.

Some venues and marquees require us to supply Lpg ovens, hot cupboards, tea urns, fridge.  The basic package required to serve your meal is £350.
