Board Room Fork Buffet

A sit down, freshly cooked fork buffet offering waitress service, hire and drink options if necessary. Our chef will make subtle changes to the ingredients to ensure we are using seasonal and local produce, thus supporting local suppliers.

The smarter way to lunch. All our menus are served on china dishes and attentively garnished, our chef will make subtle changes to the ingredients to ensure we are using seasonal and local produce, thus supporting local suppliers. Please choose a selection of 9 of the follow:-

Officials Lunch

When really important guests or clients are coming but the facilities are limited, this menu really works. The addition of reception canapés and dessert bites (and a waitress on site to serve drinks) – but still holding the main bulk of the menu – is an easy way to impress your guests with a finger buffet. The menu is freshly cooked that very same morning with seasonal and local ingredients adding to the delicious flavours and freshly prepared food.

Free range and freshly baked. Suitable for easy, fuss free lunches, whether catering for clients or private guests. The menu will vary from day to day and the items are chosen by our chefs in order to keep the menu fresh, creative and seasonal – thus suitable when entertaining the same guests over a few days.
