This menu takes you on a food journey through a delicious meal, offering you the wealth of flavours you would experience over a dinner but our portions are bite size leaving you to really concentrate on the wines.

Starter
Abergavenny smoked salmon on a skewer with a light lemon and black pepper dressing
Mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham with sun dried tomato dressing

Main course
Welsh fillet of beef with horseradish cream
King prawns with fresh chilli, ginger and sweet soya
Duck terrine with winter root vegetables (hints of cinnamon, clove)

Dessert
Mini meringues topped with vanilla and blueberries
Little lemon tarts

Cheese
Stilton on homemade digestive biscuits with plum chutney
Taleggio on a stick with poached pears
