Welsh – Finger Buffet

Ej catering has catered for two of the Wales the True Taste food and drink award ceremonies.  Through catering for both awards dinners Emma has met and learnt lots about Welsh produce.  She has learnt how things are produced, how they make the journey to the market place and met many of the passionate producers.  It only feels right to use their produce for this truly authentic menu.

Prawns and water melon wraps with a chilli sauce
Welsh goat’s cheese and roasted pepper frittata
