WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR PATH INTO THIS INDUSTRY?

When I was 13 I started at a cookery school called cookhouse. I started enjoying how to make so many fresh things and thought why not do this for a living. Nearly 20 years on and I’m still enjoying the learning experience this industry gives.

MOST MEMORABLE EVENT YOU HAVE WORKED ON?

I would say the recent house party we catered for as this was the first time in my career going into someone’s house and cooking food literally right in front of them.
