What does your job Title actually mean?
My job entitles me to be part of and lead a team thriving to deliver the highest standards and quality of food.
It means that I get to cook fresh food everyday !!!
So tell us a bit about your career so far.
My career so far as been a recurrent learning adventure that’s taking me to different places and very different environments. I studied at Buenos Aires Catering College whilst working at a French Restaurant. I haven’t looked back or stepped out of a kitchen since!
What has been your path into this industry?
It began as an afternoon after school. I decided that I needed a job and mentioned it to my Mum. She responded with…. “you start tomorrow morning helping your aunt clean the restaurant!” and I was in!

Empanadas / Asado criollo

What do you like best about your job?
That I get to cook great food everyday !!!
